Taylor + Jacob

Weather will always be a thing in Oklahoma and wind is almost guaranteed. For Taylor + Jacob’s black and white winter wedding, the wind was sweeping through the hills at the View at Hillside Barn but it truly didn’t matter. These two were simply focused on getting married and honoring the Lord through their wedding and ultimately through their marriage. Throughout the day, we soaked in little peeks of sun, admired how classic and timeless Taylor looked and celebrated the holy covenant of two people who deeply love God.

If we could control every element of every wedding, there would be no room for the Lord to uniquely intervene and remind us that each and every wedding has a higher purpose - one that has nothing to do with most of our wedding day festivities but everything to do with Him.

It’s an honor to capture beautiful things, but even more of an honor to witness beautiful things. This day was an honor to witness.
